Om tjänsten

Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing technology at Nobia Park!

Do you want to help shape the digital architecture of one of Europe's most automated and sustainable kitchen manufacturing

facilities? Our state-of-the-art facility spans 123,000 m², is BREEAM-certified, and features AGVs, ABB robots, and a 2 MW solar

power plant. More than just an advanced manufacturing site, Nobia Park is the key part of our digital transformation journey.

We are now looking for a Solution Architect to help drive that journey by designing and governing the solutions that connect our

manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations. As new technologies, automation capabilities, and systems continue to be

introduced, you will play a key role in ensuring a scalable, connected, and future-ready digital landscape.

About the role

In this role you will help connect our SAP S/4HANA landscape, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and production operations.

Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will contribute to strategic development

initiatives and the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

Solution Design & Architecture

Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions across SAP and MES environments.
Translate business and process requirements into high-level solution designs and architecture.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and Nobia's digital strategy.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners and end users to understand needs and identify improvement

opportunities.

  • Work closely with solution engineers, architects and product owners to deliver integrated solutions and support future

roadmaps.

Ensure alignment across systems, domains and business functions.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure solutions meet architectural, security, compliance, and governance standards.
Contribute to architectural reviews, change management processes, and technical decision-making.
Maintain clear documentation and traceability throughout the solution lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices within SAP, MES, and manufacturing technology.
Drive modernization, automation, and system integration initiatives across the manufacturing environment.
Identify and remove bottlenecks that impact operational efficiency and order fulfillment.

Location: Nobia Park, Jönköping, with an expected on-site presence of at least three days per week. The role includes regular

travel to other Nobia locations.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, you are a skilled and proactive Solution Architect who combines a holistic perspective with a strong

technical understanding. You can navigate complex environments and turn business needs into practical, long-term solutions.

Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy building relationships across different functions and levels of the

organization. With a structured and analytical mindset, you thrive in environments where continuous improvement, innovation, and

cross-functional teamwork are key to success.

We believe you bring:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, with a strong focus on SAP Supply chain management and MES integration.
Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions in manufacturing environments.
Solid understanding of SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, QM) and interfaces to MES platforms.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business context in discussions.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with common MES platforms
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly within configured products and highly automated make-to-order (MTO)

environments.

Experience with industrial IoT, edge computing, or data lakes is advantageous.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and product-centric delivery models.
Certifications such as TOGAF, SAP Certified Technology Associate, or similar are a plus.
