Framna is looking for a Copywriter and Content Lead to join our global marketing team. You will help shape Framna’s voice across

channels and lead our social media content, combining editorial strategy with hands-on writing, from case studies and articles to

website copy and campaigns.

THE TEAM AND THE ROLE

Framna’s brand is entering a new chapter, with bigger ambitions than ever. We are growing our global marketing team to make them

real. You’ll help shape what we say and how we say it across our markets.

Working as a creative pair with our Art Director, you will develop concepts and campaigns in collaboration with marketing,

commercial and product teams. You will turn their knowledge and experience into stories that explain our work and its value to

businesses.

We are ambitious about AI, both in the products we build and in our creative work. You already use AI tools in your writing and

enjoy exploring their possibilities, combining them with your own voice and editorial judgment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Own the editorial calendar across our markets, setting priorities and coordinating what gets published.
Work with colleagues and partners to turn their expertise and experience into relevant content.
Write social media copy for Framna and colleagues sharing their expertise.
Write and edit thought leadership articles, website copy, offering pages, newsletters and campaigns.
Develop campaign concepts with the Art Director and support commercial teams with pitches, presentations and sales materials.
Maintain Framna’s tone of voice through editing, feedback and practical guidance.
Develop AI prompts and workflows for writing and editing, with attention to accuracy and Framna’s voice.
Review how content performs and use what you learn to improve future content.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are an experienced copywriter with 5+ years of experience in creative agencies or marketing departments and enjoy writing and

planning content.

A background in B2B writing, including case studies, articles or thought leadership, as well as brand and campaign copy.
Excellent written English, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences, channels and formats.
  • Experience in content strategy, with an understanding of how content supports brand awareness, business development and

different stages of the buying journey.

Proven experience using AI tools in your writing process.
The ability to organize your workload and deliver consistently across several projects.

You are curious about the topics you write about and enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content. You welcome

feedback, build on ideas with colleagues and can explain the thinking behind your work.

WORKING HERE

This is a full-time role based at our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our working language is English.
