Restaurant Manager Donna

have the financial understanding needed to run a large restaurant efficiently and successfully?

Donna is a large Italian restaurant located at Hotel Bella Grande, serving classic Italian dishes and drinks for both lunch and

dinner. The restaurant offers several different atmospheres – from the lively restaurant and relaxed cocktail lounge to the bright

atrium. Our ambition is to make guests feel as though they have travelled a little further south, with warm hospitality, great

energy and a restaurant where people want to stay a little longer.

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily management of the restaurant and be responsible for making sure Donna

runs smoothly – on the floor, in the kitchen and behind the scenes. You will work closely with both guests and employees and help

shape the service and culture we want to create at Donna.

You will be part of a strong management team consisting of a Head Restaurant Manager, an Assistant Restaurant Manager, supervisors

and yourself. Together, you will be responsible for the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include ordering, planning,

staff scheduling, training, recruitment and employee development.

You will also need a good understanding of the business. You know the importance of labour costs, beverage costs, cost of goods

and supplier management – and understand that healthy finances and great guest experiences go hand in hand.
