Software Engineer, Reporting & Fee Management

Performativ is changing the way investment advisors and financial institutions operate. We are building a modern platform for

portfolio management, reporting, compliance, trading, and client engagement, replacing fragmented systems, manual workflows, and

technology built for another era.

Our customers include wealth managers, asset managers, family offices, and financial institutions across Europe and beyond. We are

on an ambitious scaling journey, supported by leading global venture capital investors, and are working to become the platform on

which modern wealth management runs.

Reporting and fee management look simple from the outside, but every wealth manager has its own data, calculations, presentation

requirements, commercial agreements, and operating processes. Joining Performativ should not require customers to abandon what

makes their business work.

Our direction is to turn these differences into flexible, reusable platform capabilities. This includes a new reporting workbench

and AI-assisted experiences that allow users to configure, generate, and publish reports and fee arrangements safely themselves.

• You will build reporting and fee-management capabilities that turn complex portfolio data and customer requirements into

accurate, understandable outputs.

• You will work closely with users and customer-facing colleagues to understand real workflows, challenge assumptions, and

distinguish reusable product needs from one-off requests.

• You will help develop self-service configuration and AI-assisted workflows, with clear validation, permissions, review steps,

and safeguards for untrusted input.

• You will investigate issues across data, calculations, configuration, and presentation, then deliver permanent solutions that

are observable, testable, and safe to deploy.

• You will direct AI agents to produce much of the implementation, review their decisions and output critically, and leave

systems in a state that teammates can understand and extend.

You should bring solid software-engineering judgment and an interest in developing product and financial-domain understanding.

Experience with investment reporting, fee calculations, portfolio data, document generation, configurable workflows, or financial

software would be valuable, but deep experience with our exact technology stack is not required.

AI increases our delivery speed, but it does not reduce our engineering standard or our accountability for the result. You must be

able to recognise incorrect assumptions, missing edge cases, weak product decisions, and unsafe production behaviour.

This role is based in Copenhagen. We work together primarily from our city-centre office, with flexibility to work from home when

it makes sense. You should already be based in Copenhagen or be ready to relocate.
