Please do not contact us or apply if you are a recruiter, consultant or outsourcing company. Deliver with focus. Scale with intent 🚀 Are you a delivery leader who knows how to guide enterprise customers through complex set-ups without over-engineering the journey? Do you care deeply about building scalable, repeatable SaaS delivery rather than one-off custom projects? At Performativ, we’re building the infrastructure layer for modern wealth management. As our Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the enterprise rollout of our SaaS platform helping customers onboard successfully through structured delivery, clear communication, and lightweight technical engagement. This is not a professional services consulting role. You won’t be buried in endless customer-specific code or heavy customizations. Instead, you’ll work cross-functionally to help customers adopt our product the right way: cleanly, securely, and in line with platform best practices so they can scale on top of us, not around us. What you will do * Own enterprise set-up programs end to end (kick-off through go-live and hyper-care) against an agreed plan and scope (Statement of Work). * Enable customers to integrate Performativ via standard platform patterns (APIs, SSO, configuration) without custom buildouts, working with product and engineering to flag gaps early and advocate for scalable paths. * Own plan, scope, and change control, keeping scope tied to contract and change visible and decided rather than quietly absorbed, and support the Technical Program Lead on requirements, design documents, and acceptance-criteria sign-off. * Run customer communication, cadence, and governance with reporting that keeps meetings short, and manage risk, dependency, and issue tracking (including customer-side). * Lead a clean handover to Customer Success at go-live or hyper-care exit, including train-the-trainer sessions and supporting materials. * Represent the program in internal capacity and exception reviews, bringing requests the plan cannot absorb back as options rather than committing on the spot. * Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and artefacts that make the next program faster. You will be measured on this, not only on your own delivery. How you will work You will run multiple programs at once, in a delivery pod alongside the Technical Program Lead, Integration Engineers, Data Migration Specialists, and Product Engineers. None report to you. Rather you get things done through clarity and relationships, not authority. You will report to the COO. This is an in-office role based at our Copenhagen office. What we're looking for * 7+ years in program or engagement management, consulting, product management, or another delivery-facing role, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations end to end. * Comfort being firm with customers on scope and timeline while keeping the relationship stronger for it. * Any industry background welcome. Experience with enterprise customers (banks, asset managers, regulated industries), balancing urgency against long-term maintainability highly advantageous. * Structured and highly organized, producing written plans, governance cadences, and reporting that stakeholders can act on. * Broad technical literacy across enterprise SaaS delivery: API-based integrations, SSO and security configuration, and data migration and mapping, including enough SQL to read and question a mapping. You do not build the integration, but you understand it well enough to scope it, question it, and know when something does not add up. * Ability to build working fluency in the customer's business domain fast: within 90 days, able to discuss topics such as advice and suitability workflows and customer reporting without a subject-matter expert in the room. * ITIL Foundation, PMP or PRINCE2 Certification would be beneficial. Technical Fluency * You’re not, necessarily, a developer, but you’re comfortable with APIs, data structures, auth flows (OAuth/SAML), and deployment models. * You can dive into logs, payloads, and basic SQL or Python when needed to unblock yourself or a customer - but you prioritize scalable fixes over tactical workarounds. * You advocate for platform-aligned solutions, not special cases. What this role is not This role sits in operations, not engineering or commercial, and is project-based: once delivery is complete, you roll on to the next engagement. As a SaaS provider, we do not build bespoke software; delivery works within the bounds of the product. We can offer : * Trust and responsibility to shape how Performativ delivers for its largest customers. * A competitive salary and benefits package. * A fast-growing, VC-backed fintech scaleup, working alongside professionals from leading institutions (Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, BCG, Amazon and others). * Career acceleration through professional development and leadership opportunities.
As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will co-own the front-end experience for Performativ's trading and analytics platform, building high-performance interfaces used by wealth managers and financial institutions. This is a hands-on engineering role with direct ownership of architecture, implementation, and production outcomes. ABOUT THE TEAM 👥 The engineering team owns the platform that powers portfolio management, trading, analytics, reporting, compliance, and client engagement at Performativ. Front-end engineers work closely with backend engineers, product, and design to turn complex financial workflows into software that advisors can use every day. The team ships continuously and gives engineers ownership over implementation decisions. On the front end, the current focus is scaling a Next.js and React architecture across increasingly sophisticated workflows while keeping performance, server and client boundaries, theming, and shared components under control. ABOUT THE ROLE 🎯 We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to co-own the quality, performance, and architecture of our trading and analytics interfaces. This role is responsible for building production UIs, shaping front-end architecture, and raising the standard of our shared component infrastructure. You will work closely with backend engineering, product, and design to ship financial workflows from requirements through production. You will co-own the end-to-end front-end scope, including server and client boundaries, hydration strategy, state management, performance, multi-tenant theming, testing, and the component library used across the platform. This role requires deep React and TypeScript expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to turn complex financial workflows into fast, usable interfaces. You need to be comfortable making implementation decisions independently and shipping production software without management overhead. This role is based in Copenhagen. We work together from our city-center office, with working from home possible when there is a good reason. You should already be based in Copenhagen or be ready to relocate. WHAT YOU'LL DO 📈 * Build high-performance trading, analytics, and portfolio management interfaces used by wealth management professionals. * Co-own front-end architecture across Next.js 15, React Server Components, TypeScript, and our shared application infrastructure. * Define server and client boundaries, hydration strategies, and state patterns that keep the platform responsive as complexity grows. * Scale our shared component library and multi-tenant theming across the platform. * Improve runtime performance, bundle size, rendering behavior, and application responsiveness. * Ship production features quickly while making architectural decisions that hold up as the product scales. * Use AI coding agents where they improve engineering throughput while maintaining control over code quality and implementation decisions. * Strengthen front-end testing and delivery across Vitest or Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, and CI/CD workflows. * Co-own implementation decisions from product outcome through production deployment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🔍 * Have built sophisticated production web applications with React and TypeScript and can structure front-end codebases that continue to work as product complexity grows. * Understand modern React architecture, including React Server Components and the Next.js App Router, or can demonstrate the technical depth to become productive with them quickly. * Have shipped production work using AI coding agents and understand where they improve engineering output and where direct engineering judgment is required. * Have improved front-end performance through decisions around bundle size, hydration, rendering, data fetching, and runtime behavior. * Are comfortable managing server state with TanStack Query and can make deliberate decisions about colocated state and client state libraries. * Have built or extended component systems using tools such as Radix, shadcn/ui, or custom design systems. * Understand usability, accessibility, and interaction design well enough to make sound UX decisions without treating design as somebody else's problem. * Have shipped tested production software using tools such as Vitest or Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, and automated CI/CD pipelines. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE ➕ * Have worked on trading, investment management, portfolio analytics, or other data-intensive financial applications. * Have worked with AG Grid or comparable data-grid infrastructure for complex datasets and interactions. * Have worked in a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo with generated API types from OpenAPI specifications. * Have designed front-end systems supporting multiple tenants, brands, or configurable themes. * Have mentored engineers or raised engineering standards without moving away from hands-on development. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU 🌱 * Work that reaches production fast. We ship weekly. Your work will be used by advisors and financial institutions within days, not quarters. * Colleagues who set a high bar. Our team comes from Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, BCG, and Amazon. Standards are high. Politics are absent. * Career compression. People here take on scope in twelve months that takes five years elsewhere. If you can carry it, we will give it to you. * Direct access to founders, customers, and the market. You will sit in the rooms where decisions get made. * Backing from leading venture funds, and a mandate to become the European standard rather than a regional alternative. ABOUT PERFORMATIV 🚀 Wealth management runs on software built for a different era. Batch files. Overnight reconciliation. Client reports assembled by hand. Advisors spend more time fighting their systems than advising clients. The industry has accepted this for thirty years. We are replacing that layer. Performativ is one platform for portfolio management, reporting, compliance, and client engagement, built from the ground up for how wealth is actually managed today. Banks, family offices, and independent advisors across Europe run on it. We are a scaleup, not a startup. The product is live, the customers are real, and the growth is ahead of plan. We intend to be the system European wealth management runs on. That is not positioning. It is the plan we are executing against. You can read more about our product at performativ.com THE BAR 🔥 We are builders. We move fast, we say what we think, and we do not manage each other. Autonomy is the default, which only works if you are the kind of person who does not need to be told twice. This is not a role for someone looking to coast inside a growing company. It is a role for someone who wants scope, wants pressure, and wants to point at something in two years and say they built it. If that is you, apply. If it is not, this will be uncomfortable, and we would rather say so now.
