The role VAEKST is looking for a Swedish speaking full-time Business Development Consultant to help drive B2B sales opportunities for our customers. You will support our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales and market insights by blending technology, such as AI tools, with personalised phone, email and LinkedIn outreach. You will have your own customers and your own pipeline, and it's your job to fill it. Depending on your profile and the customers you work with, your focus can range from generating new business opportunities to running the full sales process, including closing. This role will strengthen your skills in B2B sales and in building professional relationships in a commercial context. You'll need to speak and write Swedish at a native level, and be comfortable working in English. Beyond that, it is not a requirement to have years of sales experience, but it's a plus if you do. Here's what that looks like in practice: Prospecting: At VAEKST, you will conduct outreach activities in fluent Swedish through phone, email and LinkedIn, engaging decision-makers on behalf of our customers. What good looks like depends on the customer - for most, it's about generating qualified meetings and opportunities. For others, you'll take the process further and handle the dialogue all the way to a closed deal. We'll support you with feedback and training along the way. Customer insight & data handling: You will work in HubSpot from day one and log every relevant activity. The point isn't the logging - it's that you can tell your customer what's actually happening in their market, and what they should do about it. Customer collaboration & communication: You’ll join client meetings and help present progress and key results. Over time, you’ll take on more of the dialogue yourself. Your ability to communicate clearly and with care will help us build strong and trusting customer relationships. Making us better: You'll spot things we don't.
