We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant with strong Amadeus knowledge and solid experience within
corporate travel.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will support corporate travelers with bookings and travel-related services, including
complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and alternative travel solutions. The role requires a high level of
independence, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with full ownership of cases from start to finish. You will be expected to
provide proactive advice and find the best solutions for travelers, rather than simply processing requests, while maintaining a
high standard of service and quality throughout the entire travel journey.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to independently handle multi-stop bookings, complex routings, manual rebookings, reissues and Refund Applications
(RA).
- Experience booking and applying corporate negotiated fares and conditions, as well as working according to customer-specific
travel policies and agreements.
- Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to proactively recommend alternative travel options based on travel time, cost,
environmental impact or other customer-specific requirements.
