Please indicate in your application which location or region you would prefer to work in.
Are you passionate about inspiring others to live healthier lives and helping members achieve their goals? Would you like to work
in a professional, energetic environment alongside knowledgeable and inspiring colleagues, while developing both personally and
professionally? Then we would love to hear from you!
💙 HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
As a Personal Trainer at SATS, you will play an important role in the lives of our members. For many, working with a Personal
Trainer is the key to achieving lasting results, whether that means improving their lifestyle, reaching specific fitness goals, or
building sustainable training habits.
You will work closely with members from the very first meeting, conducting thorough needs assessments and using your expertise to
create realistic, motivating, and individualized training and nutrition plans that help them achieve their goals.
You are a positive motivator, a proactive team player, and someone who contributes beyond your own responsibilities. Together with
your colleagues, you help ensure that the club delivers an exceptional experience in every area while continuously developing and
improving.
🤩 DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- You have at least one year of Personal Trainer education (equivalent to 60 ECTS credits or similar). PT certifications that do
not award academic credits but are equivalent in scope to a one-year program are also accepted. (Please upload documentation of
completed and/or ongoing studies as part of your application.)
- Alternatively, you have other education relevant to the PT profession, such as a bachelor’s degree in sports science,
physiotherapy, psychology, coaching, or a related field. (All candidates, regardless of educational background, must complete a
thorough interview process, including a practical audition.)
- You have strong work capacity and see yourself delivering approximately 80 to 100 hours per month as an established Personal
Trainer.
🤝 WHY JOIN THE SATS TEAM?
- As a new PT at SATS, you will participate in our introductory program, PT Trial Session. Personal Trainers help members get
started with exercise and establish healthy training habits. Working with PT Trial Sessions is the perfect gateway to becoming
a full-time PT. It allows you to gain valuable experience in PT sales, build relationships with potential clients, and develop
your business while receiving an introductory salary.
As a Personal Trainer at SATS, you will contribute to work that truly matters. You help people improve their quality of life,
achieve important goals, and sometimes even realize long-held dreams. That is why we believe a career at SATS offers a more
meaningful and rewarding workday than many others.
