DEMAND AND SUPPLY PLANNER (1-YEAR FIXED-TERM)
Are you passionate about balancing demand and supply in a manufacturing environment? Musti Group is looking for a Demand and
Supply Planner to join the teams at our pet food factory in Lieto and office in Turku. This position is a fixed-term parental
leave cover that is expected to last from 1st December 2026 until 15th November 2027.
Your main goal will be to ensure that our in-house manufactured products are available to customers across Europe. This requires a
broad perspective of the supply chain all the way from raw materials to store replenishment. Supply-side, you will make the
rough-cut production plan of the factory, smoothen the capacity load on all production lines and optimize finished goods inventory
levels in our warehouses. Demand-side, you secure the plan by validating sales forecasts, monitoring major campaigns and
communicating changes to key stakeholders across the organization.
Organizationally you will be positioned in the supply chain function where you will report to the Head of Planning and
Manufacturing. You will work closely with manufacturing, store replenishment and purchasing teams, while also collaborating
cross-functionally with commercial functions in the Helsinki office and in other countries. You will work on-site at least 2 days
per week at the Lieto factory and 1 day at the Turku office, with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in supply planning, production planning and/or demand planning. Food industry background and relevant higher
education is as an advantage.
- Experience with Relex planning software (or other modern planning solutions) is an advantage. You will have access to training
in this system.
