Enjoy collaborating across commercial, clinical and software development teams
Are flexible when customer needs occasionally require support across time zones or outside normal working hours

Your background:

  • An education as an IT Support Technician or Data Technician, ideally focused on infrastructure, or a relevant degree in

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, virtualization and container-based environments, including Kubernetes
Knowledge of relational databases, such as SQL Server, and scripting
Ability to troubleshoot networking, application and system performance issues
Experience with defect tracking and monitoring tools, such as Jira, Prometheus, Grafana or Azure Monitor
Fluent professional English, both written and spoken

It will be an advantage if you have experience with:

ITIL or similar service management methodologies
Data protection and privacy requirements, including GDPR and HIPAA
Supporting international customers in Europe or the US
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Azure Administrator or Kubernetes Administrator
