Hello. We’re Teya.
Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.
They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep
communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and
complexity that gets in the way of running a business.
Teya exists to change that.
We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real
human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we
work.
We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should
go hand in hand.
If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to
hear from you
You will be joining our London Inside Sales department as the Inside Sales Enablement Specialist who makes everyone around you
better. The team is currently around 30 inside sales agents selling Teya to local businesses. The majority of the team are early
in their careers, hungry to learn, and value an experienced coach in their corner. You will spend your days on the sales floor,
listening to calls, coaching deskside and running group sessions, and you will build the foundations the whole team sells with.
Success looks like a sales team that measurably improves month after month. Ultimately, you will build and steer a coaching engine
that runs on the playbook you created.

Location: London Location Type: Hybrid - 2 days in the London office ABOUT KOTA Kota is reimagining insurance and retirement benefits for the modern workforce. Through our two flagship products → Kota Platform, the first fully integrated benefits platform, and Kota Embed, our embedded insurance solution. We're making benefits more accessible, valued, and global. Today, we power benefits for tens of thousands of employees at Europe's most forward-thinking companies, including Carwow, Tines, Zoe, and Remote. Founded in 2022, we've raised more than €20M from leading investors such as EQT Ventures, Eurazeo, Northzone, and Frontline, as well as founders and executives from Workday, Remote, Personio, OpenAI, and more. This team works in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days per week in our London office. ABOUT THE ROLE Kota Embed puts our benefits products directly inside the platforms companies already use to run payroll and manage their people. It's one of the biggest growth opportunities in the business: a large, fast-growing base of companies that can offer their teams health and protection benefits through Kota in just a few clicks. Most of this job is making a product convert inside someone else's product - placement, copy, onboarding moments, lifecycle. If your background is mainly paid, SEO, events, and MQL targets, this probably isn't the role for you This role is responsible for turning that opportunity into live policies at scale. You'll build the growth engine behind Kota Embed - how we position and package Kota inside our partners' products, activate their customer base, and convert them. It's a high-ownership role for someone who loves building the machine, not just running it: you'll shape the strategy and own it end-to-end. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the number: converting our Payroll partners' customer base into live Kota policies, end to end. * Position and package Kota so it converts inside our partners' products → the messaging, in-product copy and placement that turn a benefits section into sign-ups, whether Kota builds that experience or a partner builds it on our API. * Make sure customers discover Kota at the right moments, and optimise every step from first impression through to sign-up. * Build repeatable enablement for partner teams → plug-and-play decks, call scripts and campaigns they can run under their own brand. * Build lifecycle and re-engagement campaigns (email, sequences, retargeting) that pull people back and convert them. * Design and productise the partner launch playbook so every new partner and cohort ramps predictably. * Build a best-in-class self-serve experience that converts, backed by our sales team for higher-touch deals. * Instrument it all: define the funnel, run experiments, read the data, iterate. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * 4+ years doing growth work - in marketing, product, or a growth team; we care what you owned, not what it was called. Ideally the first or an early growth hire who built the motion themselves. You are a hands-on, super individual contributor. * You've owned a number measured after sign-up → activation, conversion to paid, feature adoption. If your track record is MQLs and launch calendars, this isn't the role. * Product marketing is your sharpest tool → positioning, packaging and copy that convert inside someone else's product, with no brand or push traffic to lean on. * Good product sense → you can mock up a flow fast enough to put it in front of a partner's product team, and you ship through influence, not authority. * Comfortable across the post-signup funnel → lifecycle, email, conversion optimisation. * Founder energy → resourceful, self-directed, no playbook needed. * Start-up/scale-up background; bonus for fintech, B2B2C, or embedded/partner channels. KOTA BENEFITS * Stock-options * Health Insurance * Up to 5% matched contribution to a Workplace Pension * Life Assurance cover * WFH stipend to support your home office needs * Generous Paid Time Off - work hard and take the time you need * Annual company-wide offsite We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns London. What You'll Be Doing * Own London's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns. Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last. Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. We'll be reviewing applications from late July/early August. Thank you for your patience! Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. ABOUT OKTA FOR AI AGENTS Okta secures access for 20,000 organizations and billions of users. Okta for AI Agents extends that work to the agentic shift. Deploying an AI agent is not like deploying traditional software. You are putting professional work output into production, and it needs deep integration, continuous tuning, and change management. Every agent needs an identity, a scope, an audit trail, and a way to be shut down when it goes wrong. Most enterprises have not built this yet. We are. We hire builders who see the cracks in enterprise agent identity that everyone else has learned to live with. THE ROLE You are the most senior technical field authority for agent identity at Okta. Where a Senior FDE owns the outcome inside one account, you own the patterns that every account and every FDE inherits. You take the hardest and most strategic deployments yourself, set the reference architecture the team builds from, and turn what the field learns into the direction the product takes. You still write code. You also multiply the people around you, and you are the person product and engineering leadership call when an agent identity problem has no precedent. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the reference architecture. Define the canonical agent identity, delegation, audit, and kill-switch patterns that Senior FDEs deploy across the portfolio, and keep them current as the standards and the product move. * Lead the hardest accounts. Personally own the most strategic, regulated, or technically novel deployments, the ones where there is no playbook yet. * Raise the technical bar. Review other FDEs’ architectures, coach senior customer engineers and your own team, and set the standard for what good looks like in the field. * Shape the roadmap. Synthesize patterns across every account into a clear point of view, and work directly with product and engineering leadership to prioritize what ships next. * Represent Okta as a technical authority. Brief CISO, CIO, and Chief AI Officer audiences, contribute to the standards and frameworks shaping agent identity, and carry the external technical voice. * Resolve what others cannot. Step into the hardest technical and political situations across accounts and find the path forward. * Set the standard for evals and observability. Define how the team measures authorization latency, scope sprawl, delegation anomalies, audit completeness, and kill-switch verification, so it scales beyond any single customer. * Build the team’s leverage. Turn recurring field work into reusable modules, internal tooling, and enablement so the whole FDE function moves faster. REQUIREMENTS * Engineering depth. 10+ years shipping production software, with deep distributed systems and identity experience and a track record of staying hands-on while setting direction. * Authority-level identity protocols. OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, RFC 8693 token exchange, act claims, CIMD and DCR, DPoP. Contribution to standards or open source is a plus. * Deep agent security fluency. OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, plus MCP, A2A, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act, with the judgment to apply them in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and SOC 2 environments. * Expert fine-grained authorization. ReBAC and ABAC with policy engines (OPA, Cedar, OpenFGA, or equivalent), and command of the design tradeoffs at scale. * Proven AI hands-on. Production integrations across the major agent platforms and MCP, and daily AI-native development. * Force multiplier. A record of setting technical direction across multiple teams or accounts, and of mentoring senior engineers. * Customer-facing authority. Credible from the IDE to the boardroom, trusted by CISOs and principal engineers alike, and steady when account politics get sharp. * High agency, founder’s mindset. Applied to building a function, not just an account. * Ability to travel, on occasion, up to 35% #LI-Remote (P24675_3470403) Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in the United Kingdom.
