Site Manager - Sweden-based projects

Nordec is a leading supplier of steel frame structures and façade solutions for construction projects across the Nordic region,

with an established presence in Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Germany.

The company designs, fabricates and installs steel structures for buildings and bridges, covering the project lifecycle from

engineering to installation. Projects range from industrial facilities, logistics buildings, data centres, commercial, public,

sports and cultural buildings, and bridges.

As Nordec continues to strengthen its presence in Sweden and across Northern Europe, we are looking for experienced Site Managers

to lead installation works on demanding construction projects.

This is an opportunity for an experienced site professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership,

customer collaboration and hands-on project execution. In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring that

installation activities are completed safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality and schedule targets.

As a Site Manager, you will act as one of Nordec's key representatives on site. You will lead installation teams and

subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations and work closely with customers, project management and other stakeholders

throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires sound technical understanding, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to maintain productive

relationships with customers, partners and site personnel in a dynamic project environment.

We are interested in professionals who bring solid site management experience from construction, industrial or other complex

project environments. We strongly believe that success in this role requires excellent people management skills and the ability to

lead, motivate, and develop others effectively.

• Experience from large industrial projects, data centers or other technically demanding construction projects is considered an

advantage
