BONESUPPORT’s bone graft substitutes are based on the patented technology platform CREAMENT. The company is conducting several clinical studies to further demonstrate the clinical and health economic benefits its products deliver. The net sales amounted to SEK 329 million in 2022. The position is a generalist HR role in an international organization. Some parts of the role are focused on the workplace in Lund and teams in other parts of Scandinavia. The role is also o cooperating with Managers, colleagues and partners in other countries such as the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Italy and Ireland. The main mission for the position is to focus on; resourcing (recruitment and termination), employer branding, performance management, learning & development, legal and comp & ben.
