This is where your career begins. We are building the Business Development Graduate Program within our SME & Mid-Market / Digital DACH Team at osapiens — and we are looking for the best graduates in the DACH region. Not the loudest - the sharpest. This is not a traditional SDR role. It is a high-ownership position inside one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B software companies — 100% year-on-year growth for 42 consecutive months, backed by Goldman Sachs & BlackRock, with offices in 7 countries and more than 600 talents worldwide. You will sit at the front end of our Digital Sales Engine: fast, focused, and built for scale. A clear career path, an AI-first toolstack, and real responsibility from day one. We are building a decacorn here. You could be part of that. What the program looks like The Business Development Graduate Program is structured around a simple principle: real ownership from day one, with a clear path forward. You will spend your first year generating and qualifying pipeline for our SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH team — mastering high-velocity outbound, learning the full sales motion, and developing your own AI stack. Strong performers can expect significant career opportunities within 12, 18, 24 months — into Account Executive, Senior BD, or adjacent commercial roles — based on your results and where your strengths take you. We hire annually. Once you are in, you are part of a cohort — and a pipeline of talent that grows with the company.

Do these values resonate with you? Keep reading! MISSION Be the internal first point of contact for day-to-day IT and workplace support across the company (~130 employees, Madrid and Valencia). Keep people productive by resolving device, account, and access issues quickly, and by building the tooling and documentation that prevents those issues from recurring. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role operating within the standards set by the DevOps/Security function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-user & workplace support. Own the day-to-day ticket queue: triage, resolve, and track requests; escalate to the right vendor when needed; keep users informed until closure. Device lifecycle. Provision, configure, maintain, and retrieve company laptops — primarily through the MDM/zero-touch enrollment platform rather than manual, machine-by-machine reimaging. Identity & access (execution). Execute joiner–mover–leaver actions: create and deactivate accounts, manage SSO group membership, and provision/deprovision SaaS access as part of the onboarding and offboarding process (triggered by HR, fulfilled by IT). License & tooling administration. Maintain an inventory of SaaS licenses and tools, reclaim unused seats (especially on offboarding), and flag unmanaged/shadow IT. Security hygiene support. Support endpoint baseline compliance, MFA enrollment, and the operational side of security-awareness campaigns (e.g. Zepo), under the direction of the security owner. EXPLICITLY OUT OF SCOPE Network and security architecture; vendor SLA negotiation and contract decisions; disaster-recovery ownership; and security policy definition. These remain with the DevOps/Security function; this role executes within them. REQUIREMENTS * Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS; solid grasp of basic networking concepts. * Service-oriented, good communicator, genuinely proactive.
