Engineering Manager Developer Productivity

Nordic Investin is recruiting an Engineering Manager Developer Productivity on behalf of one of our partner companies. You want

architecture, delivery and production behaviour to agree, and you turn difficult constraints into systems that teams can operate

and improve.

The partner is strengthening its capability in engineering enablement that shortens feedback loops and improves delivery quality.

You will take responsibility for work that connects developer portals, CI pipelines and platform metrics, while ensuring that

coaching and technical strategy receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can

evaluate.

You will work in short delivery cycles with direct access to product, domain and operational colleagues. The partner expects

engineers to review designs, test assumptions early and follow important changes into production. Decisions should be recorded

clearly enough that another engineer can understand the tradeoff months later.

This role calls for visible leadership and disciplined decision making. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs

wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

Your background may be product engineering, platform work, enterprise technology or consulting. What matters is technical depth
