Frontu is a B2B SaaS Field Service Management (FSM) platform built for the companies that keep the world running - heavy
machinery, agriculture, construction, material handling, and mining. Our platform digitises field operations for 7,000+
technicians across 20 countries, plugging directly into existing ERP systems as a powerful mobile layer.
We are part of Everfield, a European private equity group that builds and grows vertical SaaS businesses. Through Everfield, you
will be joining a network of 1,000+ professionals across Europe with shared knowledge, resources, and commercial muscle behind
you, but at the same time will work with a small 20 person team at Frontu.
We are now expanding into Latin America. Frontu is already used by a few companies in Mexico so we need local support in the
region.
This is a hunter role. You will own new business development across Mexico and broader LATAM. We already have customers in Mexico
and early traction across the region - proof that the market works. We also come with a mapped prospect database covering Mexico,
Peru, Colombia, and beyond. What we do not have yet is someone pushing things forward at the pace this opportunity deserves.
This is not a role for someone who needs everything built for them. The foundation is there - customers, data, product. What it
needs is someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and turns existing signals into closed deals.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive in Spanish Latam who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with organizations to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: 1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals 2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends 4. Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more REQUIREMENTS * 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms * Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus * Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment * Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization * A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale * Fluency in English and Spanish and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances LOCATION This role is remote and can be executed globally. As an Account Executive (AE) on our Commercial Sales team, you will assist in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across small to midsize markets. As GTM Lead for LATAM Mid Market, you will be the strategic force behind scaling and optimizing our commercial AE organization across Spanish-speaking Latin America and Brazil. You'll own both revenue outcomes and team performance across the region. In this role, you will: 1. Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across LATAM mid-market accounts including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. 2. Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid-Market AEs, recruiting, enabling, and driving results across multiple markets and languages. 3. Monitor pipeline health, forecast, and improve conversion metrics across stages. 4. Define sales playbooks, sales motions, objection frameworks, and deal models tailored to voice AI and conversational use cases in the LATAM context. 5. Partner with marketing, product, growth, and customer success to align messaging, positioning, and cross-sell and expansion motion across the region. 6. Build feedback loops, gathering insights from LATAM prospects and clients to guide product roadmap and regional positioning. 7. Own key strategic deals yourself, especially early and major logos, to lead by example. Requirements: * 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience as a top performer, prior sales leadership experience of 2+ years preferred * Proven track record scaling AE teams and surpassing revenue targets in LATAM mid-market * Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and sales process best practices * Experience selling technical, AI, or API solutions to senior stakeholders in the region * Native or fluent Spanish speaker, Portuguese fluency a strong plus, English fluency required * Deep knowledge of the LATAM enterprise tech buying landscape across multiple markets * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration * Ability to thrive in a fast, ambiguous, high-growth environment Location: Mexico City or São Paulo preferred. #LI-Remote
