Take the lead in shaping the financial data, technical processes, and reporting capabilities that support Business Control. In
this role, you will own and develop the finance data and technical processes, ensuring they continuously evolve to meet business
needs - always in close collaboration with Technology. While Technology holds the technical system ownership, this role carries
the technical process ownership and business responsibility for Business Control systems and BI.
You will combine hands-on operational work with strategic development initiatives, creating the foundation for improved financial
insights, governance, and decision-making. This is a key role in bridging Finance and Tech, ensuring that business requirements
are translated into sustainable, high-quality solutions.
As Dustin continues to strengthen its data-driven decision-making capabilities, this role will play a critical part in modernizing
how financial data and processes are managed, governed, and developed - driving transparency, efficiency, and control within the
Business Control function.

- Lead the development of Business Control systems, BI solutions, and data governance within the Business Control function,
enabling better planning, reporting, and decision-making.
- Act as a key bridge between Finance and Tech, driving improvements across data governance, automation, and reporting
capabilities.
- Combine hands-on operational work with long-term development initiatives by owning and continuously improving the Business
Control systems and BI landscape.

You own and develop the technical financial processes, data, and reporting capabilities that support Business Control. This
includes ensuring strong data governance, quality, and alignment with business needs. While Technology owns the systems, you are
accountable for how finance data and processes are defined, used, and improved.
Collaboration:
Together with your team and key stakeholders in Finance and Technology, you ensure that Business Control processes are efficient,
well-governed, and supported by fit-for-purpose systems and data structures.

- Act as the primary interface to Technology, driving requirements and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical
solutions
