At LEAD, we support entrepreneurs building the next generation of innovative companies.

As a mentor, you will play an important role in supporting founders and their teams by sharing experience, insights and network.

What the role involves

Providing strategic guidance on product, market and growth strategy
Offering practical feedback on business models, operations and team development
Coaching founders and leadership teams through key milestones
Opening doors to networks, partners and potential customers or investors

Who we’re looking for

We welcome experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, executives and specialists who want to support early-stage companies and give

back to the startup ecosystem.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have hands-on experience scaling teams, products or businesses in relevant industries (deeptech, medtech, life science, B2B

SaaS or similar)

Can offer practical, actionable advice and are comfortable working in uncertain, fast-moving environments
Are willing to commit time to regular check-ins, ad-hoc support and occasional workshops or pitch sessions
Bring a network of contacts that can help founders with partnerships, customers, recruitment or funding

Time commitment

Mentoring arrangements vary depending on the startup’s needs. Typical commitments range from a few hours per month to a more

intensive advisory relationship during critical fundraising or product milestones. We discuss and agree timeframes up front to

ensure a good fit for both parties.
