improve processes, systems, reporting and data quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

Lead financial reporting and closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Lead the Accounting Centre in Norway, coordinating accounting and reporting across our Norwegian legal entities and maintaining

strong accounting quality.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost control, identifying key financial drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with operational management, turning financial information into clear insights and supporting business cases,

investments and other key decisions.

  • Ensure strong financial governance, including internal controls, balance sheet integrity, statutory reporting, audits and

relevant compliance activities.

Lead, coach and develop the finance team, setting priorities and supporting high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, reporting and data quality, working closely with Group Finance and

other stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative finance professional who combines strong accounting and financial management

expertise with a practical, business-oriented mindset. You enjoy taking ownership, developing others and using financial insight

to help the business make better decisions.

You bring with you:

  • A Master’s degree in Finance is preferred, but a Bachelor’s degree combined with extensive relevant experience may also be

considered. CPA, state-authorised accountant or MBA is an advantage.

5-8+ years of relevant finance, accounting, audit or controlling experience, including people or team leadership experience.
Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and internal controls.
Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and translating financial information into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage, coordinate and develop a small finance or accounting team and deliver through others.
Strong ERP, Excel and reporting-tool capabilities.
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
