WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMPLIANCE OFFICER TO ADVISE AND SUPPORT SWEDBANK'S CORPORATE & INSTITUTIONS (C&I) BRANCH IN OSLO ACROSS A

BROAD RANGE OF COMPLIANCE RISKS.

• Advise on Market Conduct, Customer Protection, Data Protection, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF)

and sanctions compliance.

• Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies to help prevent compliance risks and protect the

bank's reputation.

• Contribute to risk-based compliance planning, monitoring, control testing and reporting activities together with colleagues

across Group Compliance.

• Work with Group Compliance colleagues using established methods for risk-based planning, control and testing activities, and

reporting.

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, processes and systems in one or more of these areas: capital markets and Market

Conduct; fair customer treatment; personal data processing; customer due diligence and transaction monitoring; or sanctions

compliance.
