Developer Advocate, IoT Security

It is an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor, as more developers and engineers are building Bluetooth Low Energy, Matter,

Wi-Fi, and cellular IoT products using Nordic ICs. As a Developer Advocate, you will join our highly skilled and collaborative

Marketing and Developer Experience organization, where you will be responsible for communicating with developers and engineers to

help them understand and succeed with Nordic’s solutions.

At the same time, security has become a key requirement for connected products, with new regulations such as the EU Cyber

Resilience Act (CRA) raising the bar for compliance across the industry. While security will be your primary area of focus, you

will also contribute across other technical topics, so we are looking for someone with a broad embedded background combined with a

strong interest in security.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role that requires experience working with embedded systems, ideally across wireless

technologies, firmware, hardware, security, and cloud. You will deep-dive into technical topics and have a strong understanding of

how developers build wireless products with Nordic. Your work will involve creating compelling content that helps developers

understand and build with Nordic’s solutions and bring end-products to market more easily.

• Develop technical content for developers, including courses, videos, webinars, blog posts, and web content, with a focus on IoT

security and regulatory compliance.

• Represent and advocate for Nordic at tradeshows and seminars through technical presentations and direct engagement with

developer communities.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in embedded development, including the evolving security and regulatory

landscape.

• Several years of experience working with embedded systems, preferably with exposure to wireless technologies, firmware,

hardware, security, and cloud.
