our team of 50+ consultants across Oslo and Stockholm delivers data-driven recruitment and HR-as-a-Service solutions to clients

across the Nordics. We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our Oslo team. This is a hands-on, client-facing

role for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, enjoys commercial responsibility and wants to actively shape the future

of the recruitment industry.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Amby, you will take full ownership of recruitment and advisory projects while acting as trusted

partner to our clients. You will combine strong execution and problem solving with critical thinking, commercial drive and a

genuine interest in AI and data to improve outcomes.

• Lead recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring strong execution, stakeholder alignment and consistent high-quality

delivery for some of Norway’s most ambitious companies.

• Attract, engage and retain relevant candidates across multiple parallel recruitment processes, ensuring continuity and

effective pipeline management.

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including clear communication,

expectation-setting and structured follow-up.

• Build and deepen long-term client relationships while contributing to commercial activities through events, networking and

market engagement.

• Conduct hands-on sourcing using modern tools, structured search methods and market insight to identify high-potential

candidates.
