About the Role and Team
We are seeking a Sales Director to join our Revenue & Operations team in central Oslo. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will
win profitable new business across medium and large advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
With support, you will build trusted relationships and position Adform’s buy-side solutions using your knowledge of advertising
technology, including ad serving, DSPs, and DMPs.

- Plan, build and execute a focused new-business strategy, maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistently achieving sales
targets.
- Map stakeholders, lead complex sales processes, and translate client needs into compelling Adform solutions and mutually
beneficial commercial agreements.
Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:
- Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales position, with minimum 5 years of experience selling advertising technology
or media.
