The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. Today it's absorbing intermittent supply from grid scale solar and wind,
alongside dynamic demand from EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries. The missing piece is software that can connect and orchestrate
these devices at scale.
Enode provides the infrastructure layer that makes this possible. Our Connect API gives energy companies a single integration to
1000+ devices across 80+ brands. Our optimisation tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices
locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for
energy companies.
We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers.
Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y
Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum.
The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and
care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition.
We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to work closely with the manufacturers (OEMs) whose devices are optimised by Enode. OEM
partners are a vital part of Enode’s platform, and how we work with them determines how fast we scale as a company. Enode is
partnering with leading automotive, EV charger and solar & storage companies, e.g. VW Group, Zaptec and Solis. You'll sign new
partners, succeed with existing ones, improve our product, and shape the playbook we use to do it. This is a high-impact role for
someone who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and problem solving.
You’ll be working directly with Henrik, Enode’s Head of Partnerships, and work closely with our CEO and leaders across GTM and
Product. Partnerships is a small senior team of four people, and you will directly shape how we operate.
improve our platform
To thrive at Enode, you believe the energy transition is the defining infrastructure problem of the next decade. And you want to
be the person who unblocks it commercially and technically, not the person who reads about it. You’re motivated by the opportunity
of using millions of residential energy devices to stabilise the grid.
To succeed as Partnership Manager you are a person who easily builds trust and relationships with a range of stakeholders, from
technical product managers to senior business leaders in large, multi-national companies like VW and BMW Group. You should be
excited about the opportunity to identify and understand their needs, help the partner and Enode to realise value and high quality
open to backgrounds from other high-performing environments (e.g. top-tier consulting)

THINGS YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE: * Lead on winning a wide range of project developers * Support other team members on winning top priority project developers * Own team-wide processes, such as triaging inbound leads and supplier onboarding. You will be responsible for running these effectively as well as improving how they work over time (leveraging AI tools). * Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies THINGS WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done * Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork * Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences * Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software) * Desirable: STEM background THIS ROLE ISN’T FOR YOU IF: * You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office. * You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
I'm Phil, Head of Sales at Plain, and the hiring manager for this role. Plain is redefining customer support for the next generation of B2B companies. We're building the fastest, most powerful platform to help companies move beyond reactive support and build true customer relationships. Some of the world's most forward-thinking companies, like Cursor, Ashby, and Sanity, trust Plain to unify all customer interactions, enable faster team collaboration, and supercharge their workflows with AI. We're a small team with offices in SF and London. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in our SF office. WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL You’ll be the first hire to start up our Partnerships organization. You will be helping to drive focus and priority partnerships across sales and product to help drive product roadmap and sales pipeline. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build a strategic ecosystem to help drive Plain up market while also determining strategic partnership with like-minded companies. * Develop and build mutually beneficial partnership relationships. Everything from targeting, relationship and negotiating commercial terms with target partner companies * Work with Sales to identify what companies will help drive revenue forward and open up additional markets for us. * Align with Product on what Plain should prioritize to build and what would be the revenue impact of building features. * Maintain relationships of existing partners and how we continue to generate value on an ongoing basis with the entire ecosystem. THIS IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU… * Have 5+ years experience working in software partnerships. * Have been part of an early GTM team (Series A to Series B) and know what “building from scratch” looks like. * Are comfortable using various AI tools to increase your ability to execute. * Are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two deals look exactly the same. * Care as much about shaping product as you do about driving partnership relations. * Want to be in office, and being in-market in San Francisco, meeting Partners and learning from peers. THIS WON'T BE THE RIGHT ROLE IF YOU… * Are uncomfortable with ambiguity. We have some really exciting traction but are still at an early stage and are constantly learning and trying new things as our company grows. There is a ton of growth opportunity in a role like this, but right now we need someone who is excited by closing individual deals and helping us to keep up with our growing pipeline. * Prefer to stay in the background, this is a high-visibility role, internally and externally. * Need everything figured out before you can operate confidently. There are no playbooks here yet - this is an opportunity to build them yourself. * Aren't energized by the idea of being the first person in this function at a company that's still being built.
WHO WE ARE Foundation models transformed text and images. Structured data - the largest and most consequential data format in the world - stayed untouched. Tables run every clinical trial, every financial model, every scientific experiment, every business decision, and no one had built a foundation model that truly understood them. Until now. What LLMs did for language, we're doing for tables. The next modality shift in AI is happening, and we're hiring the team that makes it. Momentum. We pioneered tabular foundation models and are now the world-leading organization in structured-data ML. Our TabPFN v2 model was published as a Nature cover story and set a new state of the art for tabular machine learning. Since release we've scaled model capabilities 20x+, passed 3.5M+ downloads and 7,500+ GitHub stars, and are seeing accelerating adoption across research and industry - from detecting lung disease with Oxford Cancer Analytics to preventing train failures with Hitachi to improving clinical-trial decisions with BostonGene. The hardest work is ahead. We're scaling tabular foundation models to millions of rows, thousands of features, real-time inference, and entirely new data modalities, while building the infrastructure to run them in production across some of the most demanding industries on earth. These are open problems no one else is working on at this level. Our team. We're a small, highly selective team of 30+ engineers, researchers, and GTM specialists, with backgrounds spanning Google, Apple, Amazon, DeepMind, Meta, Microsoft Research, G-Research, Jane Street, Goldman Sachs, and CERN. We're led by Frank Hutter, Noah Hollmann, and Sauraj Gambhir, and advised by world-leading AI researchers including Bernhard Schölkopf and Turing Award winner Yann LeCun. We ship fast, do top-tier research, and hold each other to an extremely high bar. What's next. In 2025 we raised €9m pre-seed led by Balderton Capital, backed by leaders from Hugging Face, DeepMind, and Black Forest Labs. The next phase of growth is here, which makes this an ideal time to join. About the Role We are hiring our first Partner Manager to execute and scale our partnerships motion. You'll be the operational backbone of how we structure, run, and grow relationships with cloud providers, data and analytics vendors, and system integrators. This is a hands-on execution role - you'll be in the details of active partnerships, owning relationships and making sure commitments are met, incentives are working, and relationships translate into pipeline. Partnership Execution * Own the day-to-day execution of active partnerships across existing cloud providers, data and analytics vendors, and SI/consultancy relationships * Track commitments on both sides and ensure follow-through internally and externally * Coordinate with internal engineering teams and developer relations to make sure technical resources are deployed on partner deals effectively Deal Structure and Commercial Operations * Work on the structure of partner agreements - co-sell arrangements, referral tiers, reseller terms, and delivery incentives * Support pricing and packaging discussions with partners * Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, terms, and performance in CRM Internal Coordination * Act as the connective tissue between partnerships, direct sales, and the technical GTM team * Flag when partner commitments are getting ahead of delivery capacity * Work with the sales team to align on account ownership and ensure channel clarity Partner Development * Help onboard new partners and get relationships into a productive state quickly * Identify where existing partnerships are underperforming and surface what needs to change * Contribute to building the playbooks, templates, and processes that will scale the function What you bring * 3-5 years in a partnerships, alliances, or BD role at a data infrastructure, ML tooling, developer tools, or deep tech company. * Experience working on partner commercial structures - not just managing relationships but understanding how the incentive mechanisms work * Strong internal coordination skills; comfortable working across sales, technical, and product teams simultaneously * Detail-oriented and reliable on follow-through; partners and internal teams alike know they can count on you * Familiarity with cloud provider partner programs a strong plus Why this role is exciting * First Partner Manager at a company building a genuinely new category in AI * Direct exposure to how enterprise partnerships are structured and scaled from the ground up * Work closely with the commercial founder on a motion that will be a major growth driver * Clear path into senior partnerships or BD roles as the function scales Life at Prior Labs We're a small, ambitious team solving one of the hardest problems in AI, and we're just getting started. You'll work closely with world-class researchers and builders who care deeply about the quality of their craft, the impact of their work, and the people they work with. We move fast, we think rigorously, and we take the time to do things right. If you're excited by hard problems, motivated by real-world impact, and want to be part of building something that matters, we'd love to hear from you. We're building our teams in Berlin, Freiburg, and New York and we believe that when you're working on something as hard and exciting as TabPFN, being in the same room matters. Most of our roles are based in one of our offices but great people come from everywhere, and in exceptional cases we're open to remote. This usually involves frequent travel to one of our offices and the whole company comes together regularly for offsites to think, build, and celebrate together. Our Commitments We believe the best products and teams come from a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. That's why we welcome applications from people of all identities and walks of life, especially anyone who's ever felt discouraged by "not checking every box."
