As part of the KSA Operations team, you will support and motivate our chauffeur partners to deliver a consistently safe, reliable,
and elevated guest experience. You will be a key pillar of Blacklane’s training and quality standards in KSA, helping maintain and
continuously improve the quality of our chauffeur services through data-driven insights, effective training programs, and a strong
culture of excellence.

As General Manager, you'll own a business approaching $100M in annual gross bookings/revenue, with over 1,200 chauffeurs and four teams reporting to you. You'll work directly with our CEO/Founder and executive team: close enough to move fast, with the backing to make decisions that matter. This is a 24/7 operation serving demanding customers. It requires intensity, commitment, and genuine passion for getting things right. RESPONSIBILITIES * P&L responsibility for London * The offline product: pricing, availability and fleet composition * Four local teams * Driver Operations * Quality & Training (our Chauffeur Academy) * Sales (Wheely for Business) * Marketing * Drive business development, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities for expansion and partnerships * Collaboration with central Product team on the passenger and chauffeur experience * Regulatory strategy: navigating London's complex licensing environment * External representation: press, partnerships and key stakeholder engagement. As we continue to grow in one of Europe’s most recognisable markets, this role is essential to ensuring every chauffeur consistently delivers Wheely’s service Standards. The position focuses on delivering engaging training to chauffeurs, while managing and adapting learning content to fit the London market. The Assistant Training Manager/Lead Trainer will assess chauffeurs’ performance, provide clear and constructive feedback, and lead effective 1:1 coaching sessions. Acting as the voice of the chauffeur, the Assistant Training Manager/Lead Trainer will also serve as the local expert - supporting chauffeurs, answering questions, and ensuring they have the knowledge and guidance needed to deliver exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape service excellence and enhance the overall passenger experience in London. RESPONSIBILITIES * Be responsible for the delivery of training for Wheely chauffeurs in providing a five star luxury customer experience. You will need to be engaging, credible and an exceptional facilitator to embed knowledge & hone the skills of the team. * You will also be responsible for maintaining content & the creation of country specific learning initiatives. * Be the voice of the chauffeur — the subject-matter expert, communicating with chauffeurs, and answer any questions or queries * Assess chauffeurs against Wheely Standards, followed by effectively delivered feedback to improve performance during coaching, 1:1 trainings * Partner with peers in other regions to continuously improve the processes, ensuring the passenger expectations are consistently being exceeded.
