Enea are looking for a commercially minded and solution-oriented Group Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. The role is primarily
focused on supporting Enea's global commercial operations, with a particular emphasis on software, SaaS and other
technology-related agreements. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, providing practical and
business-focused legal advice.
This is an opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys combining high-quality legal work with commercial thinking, business partnership
and international exposure.
The Role:
This is a broad, hands-on role offering close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders in a global technology
company.
You will join a collaborative legal team supporting innovative software and technology businesses worldwide
This role reports to the General Counsel and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to Sales, Product, Management and other business stakeholders, providing practical advice that
balances legal risk and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of legal templates, playbooks, processes, ways of working and
knowledge-sharing across the organization.
