About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join a skilled data and analytics team. In this role, you will build trusted,

scalable, and reusable data products that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions.

The role combines analytics engineering, data engineering, and AI enablement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across data,

product, and engineering to transform structured and unstructured data into reliable, analytics-ready, and AI-ready assets.

You will play a key role in establishing strong data foundations that support informed decision-making, self-service analytics,

and emerging AI capabilities.

• Design and develop scalable data models, data products, and data flows supporting reporting, analytics, machine learning,

semantic search, copilots, and AI-powered applications.

• Build, maintain, and optimize automated data pipelines that transform raw data into high-quality, enriched, and reliable

datasets.

• Improve data platform capabilities by developing reusable components, ingestion frameworks, and solutions for structured and

unstructured data.

• Collaborate with analytics engineers, data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to

deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

• Experience preparing data for AI use cases, including semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), copilots, AI

agents, or knowledge management solutions.

• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data observability, DataOps, DevOps, and Responsible AI

principles.
