About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to take overall technical responsibility for a key digital platform within a

large-scale retail/e-commerce environment.

In this role, you will lead the development team and provide technical and architectural direction for the platform. You will be

responsible for ensuring that the platform evolves in line with business and technical expectations, while continuously

identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.

A key part of the role will be keeping up to date with developments within areas such as Generative AI, data and analytics

platforms, and cloud technologies, ensuring that the platform remains modern, scalable, and fit for the future.

You will work closely with stakeholders across both business and IT and coordinate with other teams and external partners to

ensure a cohesive technical direction.

• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, project managers, test leads, development teams, integration teams,

business representatives, and external suppliers.
