Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Senior Systems Integration Engineer

Job Description:
- Design and implement integrated OT/IT architectures for offshore oil‑field projects.
- Manage interface control documents and ensure seamless hand‑offs between disciplines.
- Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation strategies for operational networks.
- Coordinate with offshore I&C teams to align control system designs with safety and reliability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cross‑domain issues spanning networking, control, and security.
- Support project execution by providing technical guidance and engineering deliverables.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration baselines.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, translating technical concepts into clear actions.
- Participate in change‑control processes and ensure compliance with client and industry policies.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in integrated system design.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience with OT, IT, networking and cybersecurity in industrial settings.
- At least 3 years experience in the oil‑field domain (non‑drilling specific).
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven experience with industrial networking and cybersecurity in operational environments.
- Background in offshore instrumentation & control (I&C) systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical education.
- Demonstrated ability to work with OT, IT, and control systems in integrated environments.
- Familiarity with system design, architecture, interface management and multidisciplinary troubleshooting.
- Ability to balance operational reliability, cybersecurity requirements and cross‑functional coordination.
- Willingness to be based in Stavanger, Norway.
