Account Executive – DACH | Remote Europe
Are you looking to combine B2B sales, SaaS and hospitality in an international growth company? We are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to develop new business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The company provides an AI-powered platform that helps hotels and other accommodation providers optimize pricing, increase direct bookings and improve operational efficiency.
About you 👤
You are a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear targets and short sales cycles. You are confident managing the entire sales process – from initial outreach and needs analysis to presentation, negotiation and closing.
To be considered for the role, you must have experience working within the hotel or hospitality sector, or experience selling technology to businesses within the industry.
Responsibilities 💼
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach and proactive sales activities
Conduct online and in-person sales meetings
Present the platform’s commercial value to hotels and other accommodation providers
Build, manage and develop a structured sales pipeline
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM records
Participate in relevant trade fairs and industry events
Work towards clear monthly sales targets
Contribute to the company’s continued growth across the DACH region
Mandatory requirements ✅
Native-level German or equivalent, minimum C2
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
At least two years of experience in SaaS, software or services sales
Experience from the hotel/hospitality sector or selling technology to the industry
Experience independently managing the full sales cycle
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work remotely from a European country, excluding France
Preferred qualifications ⭐
Experience in SMB or Mid-Market sales
Experience selling to hotels, vacation rentals or property management companies
Experience working with short sales cycles and a high level of sales activity
Strong experience in cold calling and proactive new-business development
Experience from an international or fast-growing SaaS company
Current residence in Spain, Austria or Italy

Candidates based in Germany will initially be offered an 18-month contract due to the current local employment setup. The contract is expected to transition into permanent employment once a German entity has been established.
The role offers the opportunity to join an ambitious international sales organization with strong development potential, modern sales tools and a performance-driven culture. There are opportunities to progress into positions such as Team Lead over time.
