We are seeking AI Engineers with experience in building robust, scalable, AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate combines a

product engineering mindset with deep enthusiasm for advancing AI capabilities, a strong interest in knowledge sharing and

mentoring, and a genuine curiosity about how to build value offerings on the cutting edge of AI.

For more senior candidates, we're particularly interested in people with an intrapreneurial and business development mindset -

engineers who want to help grow our AI Core team from a 15–20 person operation to 40+, and who see themselves as builders of the

company, not just of the deliverables.

• Architecting agentic solutions (context, memory, and tool/skill handling) and implementing them using frameworks such as

Mastra, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain/LangGraph

• Applying stochastic test casing and trace-based reasoning to evaluate, test, and improve agent behaviour, supported by

observability tooling (Langfuse, Promptfoo, etc.)

• Understanding and applying core AI concepts such as redlining, document chunking for accuracy, efficient use of embeddings, and

debugging AI systems

• Mentoring and inspiring: Nurturing a growing team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge

sharing, and collaborative problem-solving - essential in a field that moves this fast

• Building the practice: Contributing to how we shape our AI value offering, identifying new opportunities, and helping evolve

the AI Core team as it scales

• Curiosity: Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, creativity in problem-solving, and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving AI

landscape

• Full-stack product thinking: Frontend or backend experience outside the traditional AI field, with the ability to build

end-to-end

• An intrapreneurial spirit (especially for senior roles): Interest in helping build the company, not just deliver to clients -
