MISSION
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk.
Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised,
actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is
the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Candidate Experience team is part of TA Enablement, and the role combines three things: interview coordination, candidate
experience and recruiting enablement.
As a Candidate Experience Partner, you will own one hiring area end to end. You’ll keep interviews running smoothly, make sure
every candidate and interviewer has a great experience, virtually and in person, and equip recruiters and interviewers with the
guidelines, tools and automation to do their best work. You are the operational backbone that keeps recruiting fast without
costing candidate experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER IN THE FIRST 6-12 MONTHS
- Interviews scheduled and managed within agreed SLAs across every live role in your area, with delays and risks flagged before
they become conflicts.
- Documented processes and guidelines for in-person and virtual interviews in use across your area, with interviewers briefed and
clear on what to expect.
- Jobs, interview plans and forms in Ashby configured in line with the hiring framework, so it is applied consistently in every
process you support.
- Regularly reviews candidate experience data, surveys, funnel metrics and feedback, to spot trends and drive programmatic
improvements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- +4 years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations, running multi-party scheduling
independently.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve a workflow, with sound judgement on when to trust and when to check the
output.
