Contract Manager

As Contract Manager in the Supply Chain & Contracting team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our agreements with

technology, project and supply-chain partners are effectively implemented, governed and administered throughout the project

lifecycle. You will work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager responsible for the nuclear scope, as well as Engineering,

Permitting and Licensing, Legal, Finance and other functions.

The role combines commercial and contractual expertise with structured project execution. You will ensure that Videberg Kraft

maintains a clear and fact-based contractual position throughout the project.

• Manage and administer major contracts and agreements within the project’s nuclear scope throughout their lifecycle, from

establishment and mobilisation to execution, completion and close-out.

• Maintain a clear overview of contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and responsibilities for both

Videberg Kraft and contracted parties.

• Manage contractual notices, instructions, variations, change requests and other formal communications in line with agreed

contractual procedures and timelines.

• Lead the commercial and contractual assessment of changes, evaluating their impact on scope, schedule, cost, risk and

contractual responsibilities.

• Identify potential claims and disputes early and coordinate their assessment, mitigation and resolution together with relevant

internal stakeholders.

• Support and guide project team members in understanding contractual obligations, commercial mechanisms and appropriate supplier

interactions.

• Contribute to the development of contract management processes, templates, systems and ways of working as Videberg Kraft builds

its project organisation.

• Substantial experience in contract management, procurement or supply chain, typically ten years or more, with the breadth and

depth needed to navigate large and complex projects.

• Experience from large industrial companies or industrial projects, preferably in an in-house role. Consulting experience on

comparable assignments is also relevant.

• Have strong analytical skills and are able to establish a clear contractual position based on facts, documentation and agreed

requirements.

• Enjoy working collaboratively in an international environment where safety, quality and long-term project success take

precedence.

• A key role in ensuring structured and high-quality contract execution within one of Sweden’s most significant industrial

projects.
