Employer Branding Sales Advisor

Do you enjoy building relationships and helping customers attract the right talent? Then you might be the Employer Branding Sales Advisor we're looking for to support the continued growth of our Recruitment Marketing business.

About the role

As an Employer Branding Sales Advisor, you will be an important part of our consultative sales organisation. Your main focus will be on developing relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and helping them strengthen their employer brand and attract the right candidates through Recruitment Marketing.

This is a commercial and customer-focused role, where sales, relationships and initiative go hand in hand. You will have clear sales targets and responsibility for managing your own budget, while working closely with colleagues across Talentech to create value for our customers.

You will also have the opportunity to influence how we develop our offering, ways of working and go-to-market approach as the business continues to grow.

Your responsibilities

About you

We are looking for the right person with the right potential, attitude and drive. You do not need to tick every box or have a specific background. What matters most is that you are open, commercially minded and motivated to learn and grow with us.

We believe you are someone who:

Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, along with good English skills.

Experience in sales, recruitment, employer branding, social media, digital marketing or HR-tech is a plus, but it is not a requirement. We are more interested in your potential, drive and willingness to learn.
