Engineering Manager to our Customer Scalability area

constantly evolving. We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Customer Scalability area within Tech, who together

with other managers and product roles wants to help drive Avanza forward!

Our mission is to enable scalable customer growth without increasing operational costs at the same rate. As Engineering Manager,

you will play a key role in creating vision, setting goals, and fostering high engagement in alignment with Avanza's strategy.

The entire Product & Tech organization consists of around 35 development teams that collectively build our platform, services, and

offerings. In your role as Engineering Manager, you will work closely with 1-2 cross-functional teams and have direct line

management responsibility for the software developers.

This role is connected to the teams responsible for building and advancing Avanza's customer and account lifecycle. Our objective

is to ensure that the entire organization has seamless access to high-quality, reliable, and up-to-date customer and account data

whenever needed. You will balance business acumen with technical direction to deliver concrete value for both our customers and

the company.

• Leading, coaching, and empowering developers in your team while taking full responsibility for line management and the work

environment.

• Creating optimal conditions for a high-performing, healthy team and guiding them toward high-quality, efficient technical

deliveries.

• Ensuring that technical initiatives align with product strategies and supporting teams in building robust, sustainable

solutions.
