As Sustainability Intern at Norvestor, you join a small, expert team at the centre of how a leading Nordic private equity firm and
its portfolio companies meet rising expectations on sustainability transparency and regulation. You will learn how ESG data is
collected, validated and used in real investment and ownership decisions, while contributing hands-on to reporting processes that
matter. You will work closely with Norvestor's Sustainability Associate, Head of Sustainability and a newly appointed Financial
Controller, with room to grow and clear guidance along the way. A core part of the role is to use digital tools, including AI, to
make reporting more efficient and useful, both for Norvestor and for its portfolio companies.
Norvestor is a leading Nordic private equity firm that invests in and develops companies across the region. Sustainability is
integrated into how Norvestor builds value across its platform and portfolio, from data collection and reporting to long-term
ownership decisions. The firm aligns its work with key frameworks and regulations including SFDR, EDCI, UNPRI and the EU Taxonomy,
and is increasingly using digital tools and AI to make reporting more efficient and to reduce the reporting burden on portfolio
companies.
Norvestor is now strengthening its sustainability function and is looking for an intern to support and develop its reporting
processes alongside an experienced team.
As Sustainability Intern, you play an important role in the day-to-day execution and development of Norvestor's sustainability
reporting. You will not be expected to own all processes independently from day one, but you will contribute meaningfully across
the full reporting cycle while learning how ESG data is used in practice. The role works close to the business and across both
internal teams and portfolio companies.
