AI is rebuilding recruitment. The repetitive work is getting faster or disappearing, while judgement, relationships, and business

understanding matter more than ever. We’re not waiting to see how that plays out. We’re building the company we believe this

industry will need next. In Stockholm, we want you to build it with us.

This isn’t a satellite office. Amby Sweden is a full business, and you’ll own its recruitment side: the P&L, the team, the

clients, and the quality bar. You’ll lead it side by side with our Managing Partner, who you report to. The direction is set. The

Swedish business is yours to shape.

WHAT YOU’RE WALKING INTO

Since 2012, we’ve been the embedded talent partner for ambitious companies such as Lovable. We help them find their people through

Embedded Recruitment, Recruitment Projects, and HR-as-a-Service. At Lovable, we made 43 hires in 6 months. You won’t start from

zero. You’ll have the Amby Way, plus marketing, finance, people operations, and data from our team in Norway, so your time goes to

clients and your team.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • The recruitment P&L: Revenue, margin, utilisation, delivery quality, and client satisfaction across every recruitment

engagement in Sweden.

The team. Hire, onboard, and coach the recruitment consultants and delivery leads who’ll grow Amby in Stockholm.
  • Commercial: Lead recruitment sales together with the Managing Partner, bring your expertise to every client conversation, and

turn first projects into long partnerships.

Quality: Bring the Amby Way to Sweden, with structured processes, clear KPIs, and a candidate experience people talk about.
The bigger picture. Spot where clients need more than recruitment, and bring in HR-as-a-Service.

A YEAR FROM NOW

Your Swedish team is fully staffed on client work.
New clients find you through referrals and repeat business.
The Amby Way runs in every Swedish engagement, and you review the funnel numbers every week.

YOU’RE PROBABLY SOMEONE WHO

Has led recruitment delivery. As head of a recruitment or talent consultancy, or as Head of Talent at a scaleup.
Has owned a P&L or a revenue target, and built and coached a team.
Knows founders, CTOs, and People leaders in Stockholm’s tech scene, and has a track record of winning and growing clients.
Runs delivery on numbers and uses AI tools every day.
Asks why, figures out how, and takes ownership of what happens next.
Works in Swedish and English at a full professional level.
