• Take ownership of commercial contracting for our Nordic business, including SaaS agreements, tender documents, and contract

amendments.

• Develop as a well-rounded in-house lawyer through exposure to commercial, corporate governance, regulatory, and operational

legal matters.

• Join a lean Nordic legal team where you can make a visible contribution while receiving guidance and support from experienced

legal colleagues.

• Work closely with stakeholders across the Nordics and the wider UK legal function in an international, technology-led

environment.

As Legal Counsel, Nordics, you will support our Nordic business and wider legal function by providing practical, commercially

focused legal advice. Commercial contracting will be your primary area of responsibility, alongside exposure to corporate

governance, regulated entity matters, and a variety of operational legal questions. You will work in a lean, fast-paced

environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with Nordic stakeholders and the wider UK legal team.

This is an opportunity to broaden your in-house legal experience, take meaningful ownership, and continue developing with

appropriate guidance and support.

• Collaborate with the Lead Counsel Nordics and the wider UK legal team, retaining ownership while escalating matters

appropriately.
