Market & Portfolio Strategist

Alandia is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Market & Portfolio Strategist to lead the development of their market

intelligence capabilities, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the long-term development of their portfolio.

This newly created role will be responsible for driving Alandia's market analysis and strategic portfolio management from a growth

and market perspective. You will identify attractive markets, business segments, and new business areas, translating insights into

concrete strategic recommendations for senior management.

You will serve as the link between market intelligence, business strategy, and portfolio development, working closely with

underwriting teams, analysts, and business leadership.

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional with a strong interest in market dynamics, strategy, and

business growth. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations, work

independently with a structured approach, and build strong relationships across stakeholders. With a collaborative mindset and

growth orientation, you are motivated by identifying opportunities, creating value, and contributing to long-term business

success.
