ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our clinical teams in Sweden. This is a delivery-focused role:
you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and close, across a range of
clinical and medical roles.
Our clinical teams are at the heart of the Neko experience. They deliver the care that helps our members start their preventative
health journey, so every hire directly shapes the quality of that care. We are moving quickly, and this hiring is about precision
and pace. You will work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to hire outstanding healthcare professionals who want to
work in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THE FIRST 6-12 MONTHS
- End-to-end recruitment for Swedish clinical and medical roles (e.g. physicians, registered nurses, assistant nurses, biomedical
scientists, clinical operations), managing a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans.
- Source proactively across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and events, and adjust channels based
on response and conversion data.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring healthcare professionals in Sweden, ideally in
high-volume or multi-site environments.
