TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections
spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our team in Stockholm full-time for a 1-year cover for one of our
team members who is going on parental leave. In this role you will focus on People Operations in Europe with emphasis on our
growing Retail organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, absence, policies and other day-to-day people matters,
escalating more complex cases to their manager
Your Profile
About You
This is a full-time parental cover position based at TOTEME's HQ in Stockholm with starting date in the beginning of February
2027.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
TOTEME has an internal career development and title framework and the job title used in the recruitment ad may differ from the
title used internally at TOTEME.
