About the role
We're looking for an ambitious Sales & Business Developer to join our growing commercial team at Mynt HQ in Stockholm.
This is a hunter's role: you'll go out and create opportunities where none existed before, not wait for leads to land in your
inbox. You'll map the market, figure out who needs Mynt before they know it themselves, and open doors that others haven't even
knocked on. It's a fast-growing fintech that's changing how companies handle spending and payments, and you'll be the one bringing
it to new customers. You'll be part of a driven, close-knit team where ideas move fast, ownership runs deep, and your voice
actually matters. If you get energy from the chase as much as the close, this is your role.
How you'll make an impact
Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing your own leads to closing the deal.
Proactively identify and reach out to target companies, building your own pipeline from scratch.
Get in front of mid-level and C-level executives and turn cold conversations into strong, long-term relationships.
Bring Mynt to new companies and act as a true ambassador for what we stand for.
Spot patterns in the market and help shape our go-to-market strategy in Sweden.
What you'll bring to the team
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
A genuine drive to prospect and open new doors, you're energized by building a pipeline, not just managing one.
Confidence and curiosity in high-level conversations, even with people who weren't expecting your call.
A creative, proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, where things move fast and you keep up.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
