Senior Backend Developer (Python/DevOps)

We are looking for an experienced Backend or Fullstack Developer who enjoys bridging the gap between robust code and cutting-edge

In this role, you will toggle between high-stakes projects, moving seamlessly from building products from the ground up to solving

You will join our Tech Forum, a collaborative group of experts (Fullstack, DevOps, Architects) dedicated to high-quality code and

modern solutions.

• Consulting Experience: 5-7 years of professional backend or fullstack development, with a strong track record in consulting or

client-facing project work. You thrive in the journey from Startup to Enterprise.

• Core Backend: High proficiency designing and developing scalable systems primarily in Python with frameworks such as Django,

Flask, or FastAPI.

• Containerization & IaC: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and microservices

containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Agent-Native: You integrate AI agents and autonomous workflows as a natural part of your backend architecture and

infrastructure stack.

• Master of Tools: You’ve moved beyond simple chats. You leverage Cursor, Copilot, and advanced agents to accelerate delivery

without compromising on code quality.

• Scalable AI: You know how to build and grow AI features in a fullstack environment while keeping systems stable, responsive,

and secure.

• Relevant Education: A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus, but a solid track record of shipping production code

and learning fast matters just as much.
