Senior Finance Business Partner

We are now looking for a commercially driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our exciting journey within circular beauty

and support our Scandinavian team. You will play a key role in driving profitable growth, managing our financial performance, and

delivering insights that fuel strategic decisions across all our brands.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the commercial team, focusing on driving growth and profitability across

our Scandinavian operations. Your responsibilities will include managing local financial performance through activities such as

forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will play a key role in evaluating pricing strategies, promotions, and trade investments

to ensure optimized business decisions. Additionally, you will lead the development of business cases for commercial initiatives

and continuously improve financial tools, processes, and reporting to support better decision-making. You will collaborate

cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

• Extensive experience of working within Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or consultancy, ideally within the FMCG

industry.
