About the role
As Senior HR Business Partner at Swedfund, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers and leaders across
the organisation. Working across the full HR agenda, you will combine business-focused HR support with people and organisational
development initiatives, including learning and development, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and employee
experience. The role offers a high degree of responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues at all offices.
The position is based in Stockholm and reports to the Chief HR and Administration Officer. Occasional travel within the Nordics

Key responsibilities:

matters.
- Drive and develop Learning & Development initiatives that strengthen leadership, employee growth, and organisational
effectiveness.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience in a senior HR role, such as Senior HR Business Partner or HR
Manager, preferably gained in an international environment. You are comfortable supporting and challenging managers in both
operational and strategic HR matters and enjoy taking ownership of your area of responsibility.
You have solid knowledge of Swedish labour law and hands-on experience in work environment management, employee relations, trade
union collaboration, and negotiations. Experience within Learning & Development, as well as driving HR process improvements and
digitalisation initiatives, is considered a strong advantage.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills, and knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
Personal characteristics:
- You combine a pragmatic mindset with a high standard of quality and are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on
execution.
- You are business-minded, with the confidence and courage to challenge the organisation constructively and drive change when
needed.
What we offer
At Swedfund, you will have the opportunity to combine your HR expertise with a meaningful mission. You will join a professional,
international, and inclusive organisation where your expertise and contributions truly make a difference.
In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of responsibility, exposure to a broad range of strategic and operational HR matters,
and the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across our global offices. We foster a culture of collaboration,
continuous learning, and personal growth, providing an environment where you can further develop your expertise while contributing
