Senior Product Engineer

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own the full product lifecycle from problem definition to user impact. You’ll be

continuously shipping production-grade solutions with AI capabilities directly to users, as well as driving AI-accelerated

development workflows across backend and frontend systems, and championing modern software engineering principles.

• Define: Work backwards from outcomes, identify high-leverage problems, engage directly with users, and establish clear success

metrics before writing code.

• Build: Deliver full-stack solutions using AI-accelerated tooling, robust architecture, feature flags, and built-in security and

observability.

• Champion ways-of-working with AI: Lead by example in adopting AI-driven development practices, mentor fellow engineers, and

help transform how our teams build software.

Hybrid work

This position is for the Stockholm office. We offer hybrid working, with access to our office in central Stockholm and would like

to see you at the office at least 3 days per week
