We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer (Web Frontend) with strong React, Next.js and TypeScript expertise to join our Print Solutions team. In this role, you'll work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers and domain experts to create web experiences used by a global audience. You'll have the autonomy and trust to actively shape the end-to-end product experience, from user workflows and interactions to frontend architecture and engineering decisions. We value engineering judgment over code output. As AI transforms how software is built, we look for engineers who can identify the right problems, shape intuitive product experiences, make sound architectural decisions, and use modern tools to deliver great solutions. What you'll do Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript Drive technical design, architecture and frontend engineering decisions Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities to improve usability, and work across disciplines to turn complex user needs into intuitive, effective product experiences. Partner closely with product and design teams to create intuitive user experiences Contribute to planning, prioritization and technical strategy Explore new technologies and help evolve our AI-enabled engineering practices Improve the quality, scalability and performance of our web applications Support and elevate teams through knowledge sharing and technical leadership What we're looking for 5+ years of professional software engineering experience 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript Experience building and operating SaaS products for a global audience Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including APIs, authentication, caching, CDNs, SSR and PWA architectures Experience with CI/CD, developer experience and application performance Familiarity with accessibility and compliance requirements such as WCAG and GDPR Experience using AI both in software development workflows and customer-facing solutions Who you are You combine deep technical expertise with a collaborative and pragmatic mindset. You're comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions while working closely with people across engineering, product and design. You care about building quality software, understand the importance of great user experiences, and enjoy helping others grow through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
