Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys turning complex challenges into real business results? Do you thrive in an

international environment where you can influence strategic decisions, drive change and work closely with people across different

functions and cultures?

We are now looking for two experienced Senior Project Managers for exciting consulting assignments with one of our clients, a

leading international company within the industrial sector.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, taking ownership and making a

real difference.

THE ROLE

You will join a growing international team responsible for driving strategic projects and business transformation initiatives

across the organisation.

The projects cover areas such as digitalisation, operational excellence, organisational change, cost optimisation, product

performance and business development.

We are looking for two slightly different profiles:

Senior Project Manager – Business Transformation

You will lead complex strategic initiatives across functions and geographical locations, ensuring that projects move from ideas

and plans into successful execution.

Senior Project Manager – Strategy & Business Development

You will combine project management with strategic planning, coordination and execution, working closely with key stakeholders to

support the organisation's long-term business objectives.

Both positions offer a high level of responsibility, international collaboration and the opportunity to influence important

business decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead and coordinate complex strategic and cross-functional projects.
Translate business challenges into clear plans, priorities and actions.
Drive change management and organisational improvement initiatives.
Work closely with senior management and stakeholders across different functions.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
Ensure project progress, stakeholder alignment and successful implementation.
Support strategic planning and business development activities.
Share knowledge and project management best practices with colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you are a confident and experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking responsibility and getting things done.

You are structured, analytical and solution-oriented, but equally comfortable working with people and building strong

relationships.

You know how to navigate complex organisations, bring different stakeholders together and drive progress even when you don't have

direct authority over the people involved.

You likely have:

Extensive experience leading complex strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
Strong project management skills and experience applying relevant methodologies.
Proven experience in change management and organisational development.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working closely with senior leadership.
The ability to influence, create alignment and drive change across different functions.
A proactive, independent and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience from the industrial, manufacturing, maritime or engineering sector.
Experience working in an international, matrix-based organisation.
Background in operational excellence, product performance or business improvement.
Experience in strategic planning and business development.
Experience coaching colleagues and sharing project management best practices.

Location: Stockholm, Flemingsberg

Work arrangement: Hybrid

Assignment type: Consulting assignment
