Senior Recruiter Engineering and Industrial

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior Recruiter Engineering and Industrial on behalf of one of our partner companies. You care

The partner is strengthening its capability in hard-to-fill engineering recruitment across product and production environments.

You will take responsibility for work that connects market mapping, technical sourcing and interview design, while ensuring that

stakeholder advice and offer strategy receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and

leaders can evaluate.

You will work with managers, employees and specialist colleagues who bring different perspectives and time pressures. The partner

environment.
