About the role
Looking for Solutions-Oriented and Responsible individual who will be the first-line technical support, professional services
including on-site support and system upgrades, and technical training for the company's resellers and customers. Someone who is
comfortable managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and databases and has a strong understanding of how
different systems interact and support business operations. The team and more importantly this role will provide support,
training, documentation, and professional services across the Nordic region and supports global operations for the Unison product
line. The role also performs testing, evaluations, documentation development, and supports enhancement of new and existing
products and solutions.

Requirements
You have a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and several years of experience working with networking, server and client
environments, virtualization technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server. You thrive in an environment where you can combine
operational work, problem-solving, and technical development. We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and hands-on
